Coldsend Clips is an internal publishing tool used exclusively by its operator (a video clipping studio) to schedule and publish the studio's own short-form videos to the studio's own social media accounts.
The tool is not available for registration or use by third parties. The only users are members of the studio. Content published through the tool consists of short clips derived from videos of content creators who have given the studio explicit permission, with on-screen and caption credit.
Use of connected platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) through this tool is subject to those platforms' own terms of service and community guidelines, which the studio complies with. The tool never adds watermarks to published content and respects each platform's posting requirements.
This tool uses YouTube API Services to upload the studio's own videos to the studio's own YouTube channels. In doing so the studio is bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Data handled through those services is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). How that data is accessed, stored, retained and deleted — and how a connected Google account owner can revoke our access — is described in our Privacy Policy.
The tool is provided as-is for internal use. The operator is responsible for the content it publishes.
